Instructions when using electric bikes

For first time using, it is required to charge the battery for about 10 hours.

It is better to recharge the battery after each use (if rode over 10km); you should not wait until the battery is run out.

When charging the battery, you should plug the head-pin into the battery first before plug into the outlet. You should not leave the charger attached to the outlet after finish charging the battery; it will affect the charger’s life.

When charging the battery, you should leave it in a dry, cool environment. Most of the electric equipments will raise their temperature or make the buzzing sound during the using time. Those are normal signs that customers do not have to worry about.

Most of the damages, cause interruption in using, are due to the battery. For example:

• Bike cannot start
• Bike runs out of battery quickly (under distance-limit).
• Bike stops immediately after raising the speed.
• Unable to charge the battery.
• Battery is not full after 8 hours charging non-stop.

Please bring the battery and charger to our warranty center so that our experienced staffs could check and repair for you. Remember not to overcharge the battery (over 10 hours). It will cause battery swelling and will not be covered under our warranty policy.
