How to adjust saddle and handle bar:

To ride a bike safely and comfortably, you have to pay attention to the height of your bike. You should know how to adjust saddle and handle bar. When adjusting, you have to pay attention to the minimum insert allowance symbol of the quill stem and the seat post and their maximum allowance. The maximum allowance should be 65mm. Please make sure that the quill stem is inserted at the right depth to avoid accident. After adjusting the height and the angle of the saddle, you have to tighten the seat pin quick release (or the seat post screw).

How to adjust brake:

Press both brake shoes against the rim, and then release the adjusting screws. Next, set the cable brake length to establish the brake shoes balance and leave the distance between the brake shoes and the rim about 2mm. Finally, tighten the adjusting screws carefully. Remember to test the brake both off and on the road.
